Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of services provided by Telexico Communications Ltd ("Telexico", "we", "us"). Company 15348464, registered at 64 Chapel Ash, Wolverhampton WV3 0TT. By signing up for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
We provide business broadband, cloud VoIP phone systems, AI Receptionist, business WiFi, 4G/5G failover, CCTV and SMS marketing services. Specific service-level terms (SLAs, install timeframes, support windows) are set out in your individual order form or contract.
3. Pricing and contract
Pricing is per your individual order. Where applicable, contract terms (length, notice period, exit) are specified at signup. We do not impose mid-contract price increases except where contractually agreed and clearly disclosed at signup.
4. Service availability
We use our reasonable endeavours to provide the services to the standards in your order form. Underlying network infrastructure (Openreach, mobile network operators) may affect availability and is outside our direct control. Where a service-level fall short results in compensation rights, these are set out in your specific service contract.
5. Your obligations
You agree to use the services lawfully, in compliance with applicable regulations (Ofcom, GDPR, PCI-DSS where relevant), and not in a way that could damage our network or services or those of other customers. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide us.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate per the notice provisions in your contract. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach (e.g. unlawful use, non-payment, fraud).
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to existing customers via email or in-product notice with reasonable notice before taking effect.
